Q. How do I add academy student?

Ans: Steps for adding academic student:

  • “Login” | “People” Tab
  • On <<People>> Home page click on “All Member” link.
  • On <<All Member>> Home page click on “Add New Member” link at the top right side.
  • Select "Group Name" and click on a "Add Member".
  • Fill in the new member information and click on "Submit" button to save a record.

Q. How do I search student?

Ans: Steps to search student:

  • “Login” | “People” Tab
  • On <<People>> Home page click on “All Member” link.
  • On <<All Member>> Home page, to search student name type student name within the search box and click on "Go" button.

Q. How do I edit academy student profile?

Ans: Steps for adding academic student:

  • “Login” | “People” Tab
  • On <<People>> Home page click on “All Member” link.
  • On <<All Member>> Home page click on “Gray” button with gear symbol at the top right side.
  • Click on "Profile" link.
  • On <<Profile>> Home page fill in new information. It will be automatically saved.

Q. How do I add academy student Socrato login?

Ans: Steps for adding academic student Socrato login:

  • “Login” | “People” Tab
  • On <<People>> Home page click on “All Member” link.
  • On <<All Member>> Home page under the Login/Email column
  • Click on "Blue" button to set login-id and password then click on "Submit" button.

  Q. How do I delete the multiple profile of same student?

Ans: Steps for multiple profile :

  • “Login” | “People” Tab
  • On <<People>> Home page click on “All Member” link.
  • On <<All Member>> Home page under the Group Members of column
  • Click on "Gray" button.
  • On <<Multiple Profile List>> Home page under the Group Access Status column,
  • Click on "Drop Down Menu" & click on "Cancelled" to delete profile.

Ans: Steps for moving results from one student to another:

  • “Login” | “People” Tab
  • On <<People>> Home page click on “All Member” link.
  • On <<All Member>> Home page click on “Gray” button with gear symbol at the top right side.
  • Click on "Move All Results" link.
  • On <<New>> page select "Group Member" and "Group" and click on "Submit" button.

Q. How to map student to multiple groups?

Ans: Steps for mapping multiple groups:

  • “Login” | “People” Tab
  • On <<People>> Home page click on “All Member” link.
  • On <<All Member>> Home page select multiple student name by clicking the "Checkbox" at the left hand side.
  • Scroll down and click on "Green button"
  • On <<New Window>> select "Group Name" and click on "Submit" button.
