Groups: Group is a way of presenting a center or different batches organization.

Q. What is Group?

Ans: Group is a way of presenting a center or different batches organization.

Q. What is Root Group?

Ans: Authorized main center of its batches or franchises is root group.

Q. How to create sub-group?

Ans: Process for creating sub-group:

  • After login into your account, the users on clicking the People tab will be redirected to Socrato people page, then users will have to select All Groups link then existing group list will show.
  • The users on clicking the gray button (i.e. Add Group) at the top right corner will be redirected to sub-group form page.
  • Select second radio button i.e. Sub Group of and fill the form then click on Submit button.

Q. How to select particular group for test processing?

Ans: Process :
  • After login into your account, the users on clicking the People tab will be redirected to Socrato people page, then users will have to select All Groups link then existing group list will show.
  • The users on clicking the group name then group details will be open and click on a green button i.e. Assign Test/Enter results at the right-hand side.

Q. How to I add company logo to the Report and contact info in the report?

Ans: Prerequisite
      • Your account has to be configured to work as ‘Group Owner’.

Steps
      • “Login” | “People” Tab | “<<Working Root Group Name>>”.
      • On <<Working Root Group>> Home page click on “Edit” button. The Academy Edit Page is displayed.
      • Here you can
               o Upload your company/school logo.
               o Modify the name of the organization that will print in the individual student Diagnostic Report.
               o Modify Report color scheme (Not recommended)

Q. How do I move a student from one Group to another?

Ans: Process for moving a student from one group to another:

  • After login into your account, the users on clicking the People tab will be redirected to Socrato people page, then users will have to select All Groups link then existing group list will show.
  • The users on clicking the first gray button (i.e. Members) will be redirected to Group Member page.
  • On the group member list page under the action column click on gray button i.e. Misc with gear symbol then a drop down list will be show .
  • Click on Move to Group link to move.

Q. How do I remove a student from a Group?

Ans: Process for removing a student from group :

  • After login into your account, the users on clicking the People tab will be redirected to Socrato people page, then users will have to select All Groups link then existing group list will show.
  • The users on clicking the first gray button (i.e. Members) will be redirected to Group Member page.
  • On the group member list page under the Group Access Status column click on drop down box and select canceled.

Q. How do I add new person as an admin to my account?

Ans: Process for removing a student from group :

  • After login into your account, the users on clicking the People tab will be redirected to Socrato people page, then users will have to select All Groups link then existing group list will show.
  • The users on clicking the first gray button (i.e. Members) will be redirected to Group Member page.
  • On the group member list page click o the green button i.e. Add New Member then a form will be open.
  • On the group member add form under the Role column select Leader.

  • Click on "Add New Member".
  • Select "Group Name" then Click on "Add Member".
  • Fill out all information then click on "Submit."

  • Click on "Add New Member".
  • Select "Group Name" then Click on "Add Member".
  • Fill out all information, select "Leader" then click on "Submit."
