Data cleanup
Q. How do I clean/delete old sessions/results?
Ans: Process to clean/delete results:
- After login, the users on clicking the Account tab will be redirected to Socrato account page, then on clicking the Data Cleanup link at the left hand side menu.Click on cleanup Results to clean results.
Q. How to clean and manage old data?
Ans:Process :
• Login to Socrato
• Click "Accounts” Tab
• Click “Clean up" Results
• Group and session will be listed,
• Click "Details” button
• All the results of that group will be listed.
• Select the session by clicking the check boxes.
• Or select the header check box for all the session.
• Click the button "Delete Results".
• All the old results will be deleted from the selected group.
