Q. Where can I find the details of purchase credits /Package?
Ans: To purchase credit/packages :
- After login, the users on clicking the Account tab will be redirected to Socrato account page, then on clicking the Green Button (i.e. Buy Credits & Subscription) tab at the top right corner.

Q. How do I search active orders?
Ans: Process for searching Active orders :
- After login, the users on clicking the Account tab will be redirected to Socrato account page, then on clicking the Credits and Entitlements link at the left hand side menu.
- On the credits and entitlements list page under the Status column check the status of your order.

Q. How do I search Expired order?

Q. How do I transfer credits to another group?
Ans: Credit Transfer : Credit management system allows you to transfer your credits from one active group to another group. Credit transfer is also used for credits distribution purpose like one root group to its child group. Process for credit transfer :
- After login, the users on clicking the Account tab will be redirected to Socrato account page, then on clicking the Credits and Entitlements link at the left hand side menu.
- On the credits and entitlements list page under the action column click on Green Button (i.e. Transfer Credits) to transfer credit.
- A new window will be open to transfer your credits form your group to another group select Group Name and Number of Credits then click on Submit button.

Q. What is Credit lock?
Ans: Credit Lock : Socrato supports two type of credit :
- Socrato Credits : Credit which is tied up with Socrato test like ACT, SAT etc.
- Special Credits : Credits which is tied up special test. Special test are those test, which is defined by administer as they could be charged differently.
- To check credits information :Login into your account first then click on green button at the top side of window.
