We have been working on some functionality updates and enhancements. Socrato website has been updated with the new release.
Updates
- Recalculate Batch .
- Recalculate batch functionality has been added.
- User can change/edit one or more record and recalculate the whole batch.
Batch Edit

Improved and better batch edit functionality.

User can edit one or more results in the batch through batch edit functionality.

Essay scores can be added to all the students through batch edit.
Performance Issues

Fixed the performance issues in the area of uploading the results,
download bulk reports, Results page and Take test area.
- SAT Essay now reported in 3 section.
- New Report - Export Student Responses.
- Online Bubble-sheet automatic Data Extraction.
SAT Essay Now Reported in 3 Section
- Socrato SAT reporting has changed. Going forward there will be 3 different essay scores in the range of 2 - 8 in Individual report and group reports.
New Report-Export Student Responses
- A new report Export Student Response has been added in Reports-Group Reports page. On this page the user can download the student responses in excel sheet for a Test.
Online Bubble-Sheet Automatic Data Extraction
- We are running the pilot program for enhanced online bubble sheet data extraction.
- User can upload the scanned bubble-sheet PDF file and extract data in excel sheet. If you are interested in using this program, please send us email to support@socrato.com.

Group Report - Subject Area Analysis

New and enhanced version of "Subject Area Analysis" Report has been added to the "Group Reports section".

In this report the analysis can be done for one or more subjects,
topics, question type and difficulty level. These report can be
downloaded as PDF and raw data can be downloaded in excel also.
- The group search functionality has been
enhanced. The group can be searched by typing, selecting from the drop
down. The selected group will highlighted in the group drop down list.
Online Bubble-Sheet Automatic Data Extraction
- We are running the pilot program for enhanced online
bubble sheet data extraction.
- User can upload the scanned
bubble-sheet PDF file and
extract data in excel sheet.
- The application is been updated with the
new version.Now the blank bubbles will be highlighted with different
color so that its easy to verify. Soon we will
be releasing to all our customers.
