Scan and Extract (self-serve paper bubble sheet data extraction) - Pilot Program
• Bubble sheet data extraction
o User can upload PDF or TIFF files of their completed bubble-forms. The paper bubble-form can be converted into PDF or TIFF using their in-office scanners.
o The PDF or TIFF files can be for one or more students.
o The system will extract the responses and will allow user to download the excel file of extracted data. This excel has to be manually loaded into Socrato to generate reports. In future the process will become integrated where user will upload the PDF and results will be produced in Socrato.
o User can perform the error correction of extracted data.
o Currently this is in pilot stage, available only for ACT tests and accessible only by invite. Let us know if you want to be on invitee list in initial stage and works for ACT exams.
International Exams
• JEE (MAIN)
o We are excited to announce our first International exam reports. Socrato released the reports of Indian National Engineering Entrance Exam JEE (MAIN).
o The test can be found under Exams -JEE (MAIN)

2017 FEBRUARY Release
Socrato- Amazon Integrationgs Resolved
We have partners who publish and sell test prep material and practice tests on Amazon. They leverage Socrato system to assign these test to student (buyer) so students can self-generate reports. In past this process was manual. After sale on Amazon, the publisher will have to manually login into Socrato and assign the test (report) to buyer. Now Amazon and Socrato are integrated.

If you are a publisher and sell book through Amazon which has practice test you can configure the Amazon seller account with Socrato.

The book/test sold through Amazon, the test will be automatically assign to the purchaser.

The purchaser can process the test, download report, review the report.

The seller and buyer are notified with the custom link when the test is purchased and assigned.

Bugs Resolved
o Advance Reports - Export to Excel functionality is fixed.
o Export user response to CSV file is fixed.
