 Uploading ....We are making updates to Socrato. The important changes are listed below.
"Group | Results" Area Navigation Changes We are modifying links in "Groups | Results" area. We are expiring "Enter or Upload Results/Scores" link. Going forward we will be using "Assign Test or Enter Results". This change will enable:
- Easier roll-out of new tests to all accounts
- Easier editing and modification of student results or uploaded Batches (a frequent support request)
- Simplify terminology and more consistent work flow for getting results in Socrato
The new links in "Groups | Results" are:
- Batch Sessions
- Results loading or Test Assignment activity by tutors / teachers is now marked as Batches
- Result Sessions
- All individual student sessions are named as Results
- Assign Test or Enter Results
- Entry point for Assigning Test or Entering Results via online bubble form or Excel template

These changes will be rolled out this week (current plan is to release on Thursday morning).
Other Recent Changes
- Help Section
- A new help section with Frequently Asked Questions area is available at (http://help.socrato.com)
- New Group Summary Page
- When you click on Group tab, it give you a summary and a hierarchical view of all your Groups
- Test assignment to Students
- A link can be sent to student which open an online bubble-form for them
- ACT New book (with 5 new tests) is now available for processing in library
- Additional released ACT and SAT Tests are now available for processing in library
When you start using the new "Assign Test or Import Results" link these Test will be automatically available for processing.
As always we try to test the upgrades but issues may arise. If you encounter any issue, please let us know. As always we will resolve them as soon as possible.
